One of the most frequently asked questions brought up by technicians is “How Much Should I Charge?” While we can’t discuss rates per se Dan Dannenfelser will present one method you can use to build your rates from the ground up. In addition to sharing his personal experiences Dan will present a summary of the results of the email survey he sent out to Chapter members in July. This is good stuff for new members, and a great opportunity for veterans to share their perspective.
