I am a Registered Piano Technician in the Piano Technicians Guild, servicing pianos in the Sacramento area since 1984. I have tuned for Abbey Simon, NRBQ, Chick Corea, B.B. King, Stan Getz, Barry Manilow, Chantal Kreviazuk, Tori Amos,  Jessica Williams, David Lanz, Holly Near, Johnny Cash, George Benson, Patti Labelle, Kate & Anna McGarrigle, Marcus Roberts, David Benoit, David Foster, and many other artists, including Sacramento greats Joe Gilman, Markus Burger, Brenda Tom, Anton Barbeau, Tom Peron, Mat Marucci, and Jim Martinez. I have tuned at the Community Center Theater, Memorial Auditorium, ARCO Arena, and the Crest Theater. I am associated with institutions including UC Davis, Roseville Performing Arts Studio, Skip's Music, Studio Instrument Rentals, Music Exchange, Sacramento City College, Cosumnes River College, and the Sacramento Jazz Jubilee. For twelve years, I serviced the pianos for the Sacramento City Unified School District. For eighteen years, I tuned pianos for Larrick Piano.

I have trained at the Yamaha Little Red Schoolhouse. I specialize in servicing the Yamaha Disklavier player piano, for which I am factory-trained.

I have many years working with MIDI-based systems. I can set up and troubleshoot computer MIDI interfaces, keyboards, and music software.
